1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk999 ("kk999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kk999.im. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. kk999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

5. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between game rules displayed on screen and these Terms, the game provider's published rules shall prevail for in-game decisions. kk999 accepts no liability for errors in game rules displayed by third-party providers.

Sports betting markets are subject to kk999's sportsbook rules, including settlement rules for abandoned events, void bets, and in-play market cancellations. Settled bets cannot be reversed except in cases of provable technical error by kk999. kk999 reserves the right to void any bet where the market was offered in error at incorrect odds or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on kk999. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at kk999's discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

kk999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from: interruptions or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control; any action taken by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate; losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security; or losses arising from a player's breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk999's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to kk999 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kk999 endeavours to resolve all player disputes through our internal complaints process within 30 days of receipt of a formal complaint. Disputes not resolved through this process may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body as specified in kk999's licensing conditions.

11. Amendments

kk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of kk999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using kk999 and may request closure of your account.
